The organizer of the Chambal challenge, Inshape Runner’s Club (IRC) has implemented the highest standards for secure transactions and client information privacy. Please read the following statement to learn about IRC information gathering and dissemination practices.
GENERAL:
1. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information and other Information
IRC has the right to collect and client’s personal information that is provided by the client willfully from time to time. This is practiced to ensure safe, smooth and a more personal experience for clients and to ensure that no malpractices are done which may jeopardize the interest of IRC clients.
Information is not collected during general viewing/browsing of the website. It is only when the client provides information willfully to reveal the client’s identity that it becomes available to us and gets stored in our secure database.
Client has the option of not providing any particular by choosing not to use a particular service or feature on the Website. Client may also automatically track certain information based upon client’s behavior on IRC Website.
The information collected is used to conduct internal research on users’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve clients better. While you can browse some sections of our Website without being a registered member, certain activities (such as placing an order) do require registration. We do use your contact information to send you offers based on your previous orders and your interests.

IRC Website has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Whenever you change or access your account information, IRC offers the use of a secure server. Once your information is in IRC possession the company adheres to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access.
